Pizza Hut - Normal

I recently called to place an order over the phone and spoke to a girl named Callie. When I provided my name and phone number, she abruptly hung up on me. When I called back, a man answered and mentioned that she didn't have a good night. This is very disappointing customer service, and I believe she shouldn’t be working in this industry.

I ordered two of the Edge pizzas for nearly $60, one with sausage and the other with pepperoni, but they both arrived with only pepperoni. Instead of sending a picture, I had to wait for Pizza Hut to send a driver to confirm the order before they could replace the missing items.

They were incredibly fast, and my order was perfectly prepared.

Pizza huts pizza is not terrible, but contains some mistakes. the pizza is good for the price. the pizza is however very fat and confused sometimes the commands.

I get the feeling this place is poorly managed and understaffed. I ordered a pizza and it never came. I had to call the next day to see what happened. They had closed for weather, which was fair. I asked for a refund and the employee said she had to run it by her manager but that I should get it in 5 business days. I haven't received my refund. This is straight up fraud. All I want is my money back, which is only a little over 30 bucks. But this place cannot execute it in a timely manner
