Five Guys - Normal

The ONLY redeeming quality of Five Guys is they nailed the diet Coke. It doesn 't taste like floor cleaner. Otherwise, the food is too messy, expensive, and the fries are over-done.I almost tossed everything in frustration as my food spilled all over me.This place should be called Five Year Olds .

Food is always good, but they should really have more guys working so that small rushes doesn't cause a big build up of backorders.

Place is not bad at all. They are just really understaffed, which makes it difficult trying to get tickets out on time. Also the manager is bearly there

Ordered takeout via the mobile app. Estimated time the food would be ready was spot on! Food was hot and fresh. Service was friendly and super efficient. Location was clean.

First time I ever ate here and it was really tasty.The fries are great!
