I did like their model of being able to choose the format (burrito/ taco/ bowl), and then the cost is based on the meat (or tofu or lack of meat). Then only extra cost past that is for guacamole, etc. But Veg toppings were very limited
The new workers need to get it together. The last three times I’ve been here the rice hasn’t been fully cooked. Nothing worst the trying to eat a bowl with crunchy rice. Not to mention they can’t put the lid on the bowl. Gonna start going to the one on veterans parkway.
They refused to serve me queso even though they still had some, the guy said they needed to use it for online orders instead of giving it to their paying customers that drive to their store. Most backwards thing I've ever heard of! I could have gotten out of line pulled out my phone and been served the way I should have been but they wouldn't serve me because I came in person?
I mobile ordered from this location and arrived about 4 mins after it was supposed to be ready. I don't normally think it's fair to rate a place based on mobile orders but this time it was quite frustrating. I ordered a quesadilla which is available via mobile order. When went in the girl at the counter has to go look up the order because it had not been made. When I received my food it wasn't very warm, super salty and greasy. I've been a fan of chipotle for years and this didn't location doesn't make the cut.
Hear them, I love chipotle but this place on s. main generally continues to disappoint when regarding delivery. I only have my order and it may have 6 pieces of chicken, then the whole bowl is 90% rice, so I have paid $21 for a bowl rice and queso, and this is not the first time I have received a delivery and the ingredients I ordered fill just half the dish. it's just disappointing.
