Hampton Inn By Hilton - Norfolk

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and room size was adequate. I found actually sleeping here was very uncomfortable. We did not find the beds comfortable. The A/C was a window unit that blasts freezing air on short bursts, so the room was freezing or hot. And there was a strange blinking light on the ceiling all night. All these things made sleeping difficult. $75 non-refundable pet fee also seems ridiculous. I don't feel the price matched the value.

Definitely one of the best places in Norfolk. The service is phenomenal from the management team to housekeeping...they are great!
