Grande - Norfolk

Went to hotel grande for the first time and my table was really sticky like it wasn’t washed yet and the waiter who brought my bf and i to the table only gave it a small wipe down. For my meal I only had the nachos and then after eating almost the whole thing i pick up one chip and see on the plate a strand of black hair on the plate and I literally ran into the bathroom and threw up my dinner and the waitress was kind enough to take my meal off the bill but then heard from two other waitresses that I was the one who put a strand of hair in my meal. My hair is brown not black. I am never returning to this restaurant again. If i could give a 0 star I would.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Northern Ny, and it breaks my heart that it's closed. I understand why, and I hope they are able to reopen in the future. I get the Chicken chimichangas enchilada style every time, absolutely amazing.

My absolute favorite, food and drinks always consistent, love it here!!!!

Food is always great. Best chicken wing dip I ever had.

Took my wife here for Valentine's day. Food was excellent and so was the service. Highly recommended!
