Przekaż informację zwrotnąI drive thru ordered a blizzard that’s no longer on the menu and often messed up, and pulling away from the menu I panicked that I had ordered the wrong one. On arrival the FANTASTIC employee told me it was the blizzard I had wanted, I clarified that I thought I had said the wrong thing and she immediately jumped to start making me that instead. I stopped her and told her she was right and I was just worried! We laughed it off, and lo and behold my blizzard is made correctly and PERFECT! Thank you to the kind flexible woman working the drive thru window tonight!
I really like DQ but unfortunately the experience I had today was not very good. The lady doing drive thru was very rude, I felt rushed and she just had a bad attitude, my flamethrower burger had a small drop of sauce, my other burger(picture included) had barely any sauce also. The onion rings were definitely dropped in the fryer and forgot about, and for an over $40 order I definitely expected better food and service than what I received. The ice cream was very good though.
1 person in the car and they try handing me 2 sundaes and 2 drinks with no lids. No lids for the drinks. Is this new?? Take the initiative and do it right.
The food was alright, but I had to wait in line for over 10 minutes with only 1 other customer in the building and 1 in the drive thru before anyone even came to the counter to take my order.After I ordered, I had to clean my own table and high chair so my son and I could sit down. It was so filthy inside that I contemplated leaving without even getting my food. Pretty sad beings that the building is fairly new…Won’t be returning, at least not to Norfolk’s DQ.
Got a dipped cone, and well, I think it's suppose to cover the whole vanilla ice cream. But still
