Black Cow Fat Pig Pub Steak - Norfolk

I love the ambiance at this restaurant. The music was fantastic, and our waiter Joshua was extremely professional, adding to the restaurant's character.

We arrived at approximately 4:30 and were seated in the bar area. The young lady who seated us was very sweet. Our waiter seemed to be in a hurry to serve the next table. We spent $93 plus tip for the two of us, and the only alcoholic drink we had was a mimosa. We also ordered the artichoke spinach dip as an appetizer, but it had no taste and was very bland. We did not have the option to choose our sides with the steak, as they were preselected for us - grilled vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. The garlic mashed potatoes were very stiff and seemed to have been reheated. My recommendation would be to try the steak, as it was delicious and cooked perfectly. The restaurant serves excellent steak with no complaints.

What can I say about an amazing establishment that hasn’t already been said about this place. One of the best restaurants the wife and I have ever been to. I wasn’t expecting this. Get the pork dishes…fantastic Highly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely some of the most high quality food I have ever tasted. It was exquisite, and the staff there were wonderful. The steaks there are tender and savory, the French onion soup was divine, and the oysters were especially good. The staff were kind and patient, and helped out whenever I had questions about their menu. If you want to take someone special on a date, this is absolutely the place to go. It is a bit costly, but most definitely worth it!
