I love nothing better when I jump the tram from the old town heinrich heine allee ubahn over the river to the Oberkassel district and fall into the brewhouse old railway station, which serves not only one of my favorite Albier's, but is also a really good braupub. I love the look of this braupub, an amazing interieur, exposed brickwork, great wall art, beer brewed celebrity on display, fantastic equipment and equipment including numerous sitting possibilities distributed in this braupub, it is really a fantastic braupub to visit in a really big quarter of the village. my twin brother stepped and I were here on a Sunday afternoon, we got a table that marked two gulasch old beer on our table and how the norm in this part of Germany marked our beer mat with two pencil teeth to show how many we had drunk. my beer was excellent, a rich, darker and malty old beer that served as an ice cold, as in this brewhouse was just a joy to drink. during this visit I can not really comment on the meals as we were here only for beer, but I have eaten here at many places about the years and the meals are only excellent, hearty German cuisine delicious and filling. we enjoyed our beer here and the great mood so much that we stayed for another beer every day before we moved on and as with each previous visit in the brewhouse old train station we had a fabulous time. brauhaus old train station is easy to find, you can find the tram from the subway station heinrich heine allee nr. 74,75,76 jump to stop the belsenplatz, which she practically falls outside the braupub found on the belsenplatz. Opening times are: Monday to Sunday, 10 o'clock to 1 o'clock. a great brawpub in a fantastic neighborhood that is definitely worth it when in the opposite.
We were here with a large group of people and got great service. All orders were correct and the waiter was also very kind and patient with us. The food was good as you get reasonable food against a fair price. Don't expect high level...dishes, but straightforward food.
They have their own beer (gulasch alt) which I liked a lot. Also, the knuckle was nice. They have a wide range of German food.
We had lunch at this restaurant and took a table outside. From the first moment the waiter was impatient and curtly in his answers. The food was ok not special. The taste of food is equally important to service and feeling welcome.
We were there yesterday. Such a great place, delicious food and very nice atmosphere. Definately recommend it.
