They do not entertain their black and brown customers. we went there yesterday evening with our friends, we are all india and bangladesch, they delivered late, didn't even give us a nasty. theg are also very unfriendly, and after times they have told us that we leave the place because we make noice and they have us wrong calculation that we have to pay. they were smiling with natives, but they tried to avoid us.

Love this Bar, nice and warm to sit outside thanks to several heaters-nice to sit outside with a drink or two and a Shisha and people watch. Food was good too. A Big Thank you to the lovely friendly staff especially Gabriel who looked after...us and was a great laugh and we had a fabulous New Years Eve. Would definately visit again when next in Dusseldorf.

Being a big shisha smoker, it's sometimes hard to find places that meet my standards. Chill out meets those expectations. The shisha is great and comes at a variety of prices. You can get many flavours for about 11.5€ , or if you like premium...shisha such as fakher and social smoke for 13€ and 15€ respectively. Note: in high periods, the shisha is not available while customers are eating. So if you arrive during Christmas, for instance, the weekends, smoking is possible only later in the night. During weeknights, however, I've not yet been turned away. Being an English speaker, I found communicating with the staff very easy and they offer a very welcoming service. Many thanks!

Theg are very unfriendly too and after sometimes they have...told us to leave the place because we are making noice and they placed us wrong bill that we have to pay. They behaved with local people with smile but they just tried to avoid us.

The pictures of the food outside this place( I hesitate to call it a restaurant) looked quite appetising. Don’t be fooled, the food is dry, burnt and almost inedible. When I complained the waiter said these things happen.... unbelievable!!
