Przekaż informację zwrotnąI love this location because of their employees they?re really great and they help you out anyway they can, I ordered my coffee through the app and since it was a rainy day I got delayed in traffic and my coffee watered down I didn?t know they make the coffee as soon as you ordered and they were kind enough to explain that to me me and change my coffee for a fresh one, thank you a lot! Good costumer service its always appreciated these days
The management is very much giving Karen. This is the third or fourth time I have had this issue and the fact that they do not like to replace your item they like to give you a dry sorry and they do not answer the phone you have to actually drive back to Starbucks to make your complaint. I like my items double toasted I always order them like that and instead of giving me what I paid for they give me what they want to! When I expressed his to management she gave me a my bad didn?t offer to replace my bakery item and this was the third or fourth time as I stated before! And it was in a very condescending snarkish response. Diversify management so as Black women! I receive Fair customer service!
One of the more interesting reviews I?ll write. They are pretty good, I love the layout as they are one of the branches that has a cushioned bench vs all wooden seating. Unfortunately after today won?t be back due to the rude people I encounter at and around this location. Twice I?ve had to avoid accidents from people intentionally trying to cause them. This Starbucks doesn?t have a great solution for the drive-thru, it was raining and the line was completely blocking all the parking right in front of the store. All the drive-thru patrons were able to stay warm and dry but I noted all the patrons walking into the store were forced to park in the center of the parking lot and walk in the rain due to this inconvenience. I waited for a moment to pull car thru and some old miserable lady attempted to hit my car, now this makes a 3rd occurrence around this store. A solution would be re-routing the cars to the side of the parking lot vs having them block all the store front parking, it?s a wonder how many patrons have stopped going to this location due to not being able to easily stop in for a mobile order, for example. Lastly, second to last visit I was repeating an order to confirm accuracy as requested and another worker just came to the person taking to order and blatantly interrupted in the middle of it so I was forced to repeat it for a third time. After all is said and done it?s just easier to give up on things than hope for improvement, ultimately I?d rather just avoid this place.
I was in drive-through 08/30/2022 at 8:59 employee make the wrong size drink I left out of drive-through and immediately came back around in to drive through back at the window in less than 20 seconds. Employee refused remake my correct size drink and told me there was closed and she was very very rude.
The service was good, Amy was very nice and the girls there was quick to get me my order of four drinks BUT my hot drink had a hair in it. I took the lid off and poured the sugar in and started to stir my drink but when I pulled the straw out there was a blonde/brown hair when I have pink hair and my mom and sister (who were with me) they have black and purple hair so I know it?s not ours. I was not able to return because I had to go to work but neither one of those girls had their hair tied which is a BIG problem!
