Dunkin' - Norcross

Not what I ordered. They give you what they want. I ordered a dark toast bagel and they only warmed it. I send it back to give it soft and burned on top.

Terrible rude staff. One nice woman working in the back. How do you mess up a bagel?….. this location found a way. Guy running the register obviously hated being there. Go collect unemployment if you’re gonna be rude to paying customers. Never had to do this before sorry DD usually y’all are on point…. Need some staff adjustments here.

This location never has glazed doughnuts and I don't understand. You do sell doughnuts, right? It was 5p and they didn't have any in any shape.

I went to this dunkin this morning with my husband and kids in Indian trail. Worst experience ive seen in any fast food chain the person at the front counter was lazy. When we asked him a question he just kept mumbling it and after asking 4 times. He stoped answering then the person sneezed in his hands and went to go make our food without washing his hands my husband was discussed and left the. Restaurant and did not want to dine there anymore every week there is new staff here from now on ill go to another dunkin this one is extremely unsanitary and bad customer service.

I love the cookie butter cold foam cold brew. But at this location the FOAM just wasnt FOAMING! And I asked to change and make again but no. This location seems to always be on the short yellow bus location.
