I have never been more upset with subway. I use to come all the time. And today I got a sandwich with nothing I ordered on it also wasn?t ready for a mobile pickup when it said it was. And I called to complain she said that would talk to her manger and Icould get a refund so I asked for her name to call to let them know who I spoke to and she just said okay thank you have a goodday and hung up on me.
We ordered six cookies but only received one—and it was the wrong kind! We also ordered two sodas but only got one. How can you miss five cookies while preparing this order? It's clear that there’s a lack of attention to detail here. Additionally, I requested a toasted sandwich, and it wasn’t toasted at all. I am incredibly frustrated after spending $64 on three sandwiches, one soda, and one cookie!
The service was excellent, and the staff member who assisted me was very friendly. She prepared a fantastic sandwich, and the restaurant was also impressively clean.
Loved one of the new rotisserie chicken sandwiches with a garlic sauce. Might be my new favorite there
