This establishment really needs an owner who prioritizes customer service. I placed an order through the app and arrived about five minutes later. Unfortunately, there was no one to greet me when I walked in. I approached the pickup counter, but again, no one acknowledged my presence. After waiting for a couple of minutes, an employee— a young girl with long brown hair and blonde highlights, who seems to dislike her job—finally looked over. If you see her, you’ll know exactly who I’m talking about. She asked if I had a name, and when I told her it was Daniel, she slid my drink across the counter instead of handing it to me and simply walked away. There was no “sorry for the wait” or “have a nice day.” Honestly, it would have made a difference if she had just acknowledged that they were short-staffed, but I guess that’s just how Starbucks operates.
