Kompas Loosdrecht - Noord-Holland

I initially had a poor experience and left a bad review for this restaurant. However, they took the matter into their hands pretty quickly and contacted me with details, and refunded my money. They apparently read my review throughly and contacted the other party involved (the organizer of the dinner I joined) to get more information before contacting me. I thought their explanation, attitude, and solution offer were all solid customer service so they got a better rate from me!

Excellent food, friendly waiter, nice ambient.

Wij zijn hier geweest tijdens een kerstdiner. Locatie is erg mooi en ruim. Parkeren kan makkelijk voor de deur. Het eten was lekker, maar niet heel bijzonder. Het zou ook aan het menu gelegen kunnen hebben dat wij kregen. De porties waren niet heel groot, maar wel voldoende icm alle hapjes (lekkers bij de koffie bittergarnituur).

Wat een prettige locatie is dit! Heerlijk eten, we hebben genoten van het kerstmenu, een vriendelijke bediening en stijlvol aangekleed restaurant. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
