Price-quality ratio is completely lost here. The last time we were here, the drinks were included and the selection was a lot more extensive. Now you pay 36 euros per person for practically nothing. The quality of the food is also not great. In addition, the buffet area is far too small for the number of guests. It is teeming with people and people often bump into each other. Food is 'reasonably okay ' but the price-quality ratio is not proportional. Drinks are exclusive, which makes the concept especially pricey for what you get. All in all it didn 't meet our expectations. Shame!! Tip: For almost the same price (but now including drinks) we ate the next day of our stay at the 'live cooking ' dinner buffet of Van der Valk in Assen, which was better than expected, tasty, varied and extensive. Goed verzorgd, schoon en vriendelijk personeel dat je graag helpt. Alles wat je kunt eten en drinken voor een vaste prijs, behalve sterke drank. Er is voldoende keuze aan gerechten en alles wordt goed verzorgd en bereid door het personeel. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.

Heerlijk diner met veel variatie en verrukkelijke smaken. Al Fransco heeft een vriendelijk team dat goed voor de gasten zorgt; bedankt voor de persoonlijke aandacht.

Ik had niet het gevoel dat het niet vers van de supermarkt kwam.
