Grano Duro Bistrot - NOLA

We were two couples. Very but very good appetizers: tris di montanarine e tris di parmigiane. With regard to meat, the choice was not wide; most of all cuts in Eastern Europe. It is not served on lava stone or with the possibility to cook it more but there is the waiter, who once he knew they wanted to divide the two cuts, we needed little at a time and for whom he wanted, cook for more time the meat. All this made the service very slow and honestly I prefer to choose how much meat to eat and how much I like it. Choice of management quite questionable. Nothing much. The kind service but there are so many things that need to be improved.

I had a chance to test this place in a couple of dinners a while away. My judgment is more than positive. The appetizers may be the best, particular and served with care. I then tasted both the first and the meat. All very good, quality products. I'll come back and recommend it.

We booked for a family lunch. Top reception! Very good starters (arrosticins of black angus, giant crocché and parmigiana basket). I recommend the first pasta admired for those who want to taste a great pasta and potatoes. Meat with impeccable cuts and foliage. Even those who don't usually eat meat did the bis! If I have to find a criticism: 1) upon arrival we were offered a prosecco, but then we were charged the bottle. 2) the cost of meat (excellent but well paid) was not clear as cutting, weight and price at the time of ordering. 3) Sweets did not lick mustache All discovered at the time of check. That we didn't contest because it was all great.

Price ratio below zero. Meat not the best, unfortunately. I would not return

Local well maintained and clean, attention to the really impeccable COVID standards, high quality products, excellently prepared and presented very well! The staff is prepared, attentive and educated! I'll be back!
