Agriturismo Asnicar

Great farm, simple, you eat well, good meats, seconds even better! not to mention the service, the owners are really nice, helpful. You can't leave on an empty stomach. Going to asnicar is a real Venetian experience!

This Agriturismo takes reservations, and their specialty is meat. They serve a great mixed grilled meat tray with pork chops, sausage, ribs, pancetta, perhaps chicken, they will add other things, such as liver if you ask. Everything is made on the premises and is fresh. You can even buy the various sausages etc to take with you if you are living closeby. Their appetizers and first courses, risotto, soup etc are traditionally Italian. There is house wine, soft drinks, perhaps a Kiddie Menu. It can get pretty noisy, but there are two large rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, although I am not sure if any speak English.
