Noodles Company - Noblesville

Service is poor here. I waited quite awhile for a to-go order and when I noticed that the woman behind me in line was getting her order, I knew something was wrong. They had lost my order. I didn 't have time to wait, so got a refund.

I ordered the macaroni and cheese with Parmesan-crusted chicken. Unfortunately, the orange, watery sauce was at the bottom of the bowl, with cold noodles on top. It was then topped with shredded cheese and lukewarm, overly salty pieces of chicken. I won’t be coming back.

I placed an online order for two servings of spaghetti and meatballs, which were both good. I also ordered an Alfredo chicken with extra sauce, and that was good as well. However, the bowl of chicken noodle soup was just noodles and chicken without any broth. Overall, it was a nice experience.

This location only offers online order pickup at 7 PM on a Friday. I decided to wait and ordered two regular-sized dishes. However, when I opened the containers, I was disappointed to find that our food didn't even fill half of them. One dish contained just six tortellini, mostly filled with mushrooms and very little sauce. In the second dish, which I paid extra for chicken, I only received four pieces, and it was swimming in sauce. I really should have taken pictures of both meals. Perhaps there was a food shortage at this location? Overall, it certainly wasn't worth the $35 I spent.

I really liked the food and the service.
