Big Woods Noblesville

We are regulars at the bar, spending over $1K last month. We go in to see Melissa as she is awesome every single time! Her service, attitude and personality are off the charts! Problem is this: menu never changes, they no longer have bottles of wine and today, they had no IPA’s at all. You’re going to fall out of our rotation very quickly.

Saber was amazing! Great service, fast, and fun. Came on trivia night and wish they had karaoke too! Great place.

We went to Big Woods on a Sunday at 12:50pm- party of 4. I would say it was somewhat busy but there were mostly empty tables around the area we were sitting. Our server came by about 10 minutes after being seated and took our order. We ordered the pretzel and beer cheese appetizer, 2 sandwiches/burgers, and a kids meal. We waited for 1 hour and hadn’t received even the pretzel appetizer. The waiter came by several times and kept saying they are so busy and that our food was “coming out next.”My husband and I are not the type of people to complain about anything at restaurants. But after one hour with nothing at our table, we decided to start packing up to leave. The waiter came by again and we asked if the pretzel was ready at least. He brought the pretzel out within minutes of asking. Then he promised our food was coming out soon. Another 15 minutes goes by and it’s 2:15pm. We decide to head home and ask the hostess if we can get the check to pay for just the pretzel. And magically our waiter comes out and asks if we still want our food and that they can box it up to-go. The waiter said the food will be free. So we said yes.Another 10 minutes of waiting for the food to be boxed up and we were finally out of that place by about 2:30pm.Food review- the pretzel by itself was fine and the beer cheese was grainy and cold. We ate the other food when we got home. The fries were good but the bread on both the burger and chicken sandwiches were soggy.I visited this place a few months before with some girlfriends and had a similar experience with waiting too long for food, but I wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately, we will not recommend Big Woods to anyone and we will not be back.

We sat for twenty five minutes and no one came to get our drinks. It was not busy. People we bussing tables around us. It seemed like no one cared at all.As I told the hostess of the issue the bartender looked at me and yelled “BYE”.My wife and I are appalled and we will not be back.

Troy is the BOMB!He is a great server with an awesome sense of humor. We will return and ask to be seated in his area.Parking: Plenty of parking.
