Grill'd did not disappoint me at all. I really liked it. The burgers were not at all oily as compared to burgers from other eateries. You do not feel bloated after eating this which is a plus point considering burgers are cheat meals. The service was also very nice. All in all, it was very very nice and I would recommend it.
Decent store not as good as other Grill'd stores though. The Patio stores give you the option of sitting in their restuarant or in the middle of the food court. I choose to sit in the food court as my friends were ordering from other stores. I told them where my table was (quite far away as it was busy) and the girl at the register said they'd bring it to me. 15 mins later, my burger arrived and the waiter complained that he couldn't find my table even though I have very specific instructions to the cashier. He said that the cashier didnt note what I said down at all. I had suspected this based on her aloof service.<br/ <br/ The food itself was fine except that it was lukewarm and the chips were especially cold and soggy. I ordered my usual, the summer sunset burger, and this store was a lot stingier on the sauce.
Had dinner here one night while on holiday. We stumbled on the food court and it was a good option as each of us could chose their own food. The kids and I chose Grill'd while my wife went for something else.<br/ <br/ The guy serving me must've been new. He didn't know the special I wanted to order until I showed him the poster. He described the beer in the combo as a larger when it was a pale ale. He also over-charged me by putting one too many drinks on the order. I realised after I ordered and went back for a refund.<br/ <br/ But he was friendly and apart from over-charging the rest were minor.<br/ <br/ The kids (aged 10 and 7) got the bigger kids combos. They were massive, basically the same size burger as the regular adult ones. They marketed them for ages 8-12. I think they were a bit too big for that age range. Our kids only got through 75% of their burger and 50% of their chips. Next time I'd get the smaller kids combos.<br/ <br/ My burger was beef brisket with a beer. It was fantastic. I would highly recommend it.<br/ <br/ We sat outside the resturant in the communal area as my wife ordered elsewhere. It's a great option for people looking to do the same.<br/ <br/ Overall it was good and I would recommend it.
Typical food, service and environment of any Grill’d outlet. It wasn’t busy for a Wednesday dinner, so the burgers arrived very quickly. The restaurant was clean and not too noisy.
