From the savory avocado toast selections (on a bread consisting of nuts seeds in lieu of flour) to the delightful low-carb ice cream (as well as milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, and sundaes), everything I had here thoroughly satisfied my keto-craving palate. Would return in a heartbeat if I find myself back in the Gold Coast region.

Keto friendly. The bowls were awesome and the shakes were tasty. Despite being on the Gold Coast Highway, I would totally come back here, I enjoyed the atmosphere outdoors. Plenty of parking, expect to pay alot. The brisket is amazing. My only beef was that the sauerkraut was cold, which just feels like the wrong choice. It can't have any impact on how healthy it is.

Tasty Keto menu, had a beef brisket bowl which was fantastic, followed by the Keto fat boy sundae, both were awesome! The staff were really friendly and great to talk to, bought some supps after as well. Definitely worth the trip
