Charleys Cheesesteaks - Nob

The employees were miserable, seemed liked they hated thier job, not a hello, a thank you, or even a smile. My order was incorrect. I am not sure what they gave me but it was dry, had ingredients I can not even have (mushrooms). I ordered the chicken Buffalo and there was no Buffalo. The ultimate fry add on I ordered was a hot goopy mess. There was only 3 jalepenos, a ton of cheese, and the bacon didn't even resemble bacon. It appeared to be like a raw ham. I really wasn't expecting much since it was either this sandwich shop or the sushi place that was open in the food court, but I feel like I should have at least had a decent sandwich for what I paid.

It was good I paid $5.99 for kids meal three chicken tenders and french fries two Oreo cookies and a drink it was literally kids meal but delicious

They won’t give me my money back. ordered door dash, door dash forgot part of my order. charleys told me to call door dash. door dash told me charleys has to refund me. but charleys doesn’t want to answer the phone or give me my money back. don’t go to this location

Food was ok my only problem is the staff needs better training on food preparation when making the sandwich (You aren't suppose to handle raw foods then ready to eat foods (cheese,lettuces tomatoes ect) when making peoples food that cross-containation you can make customers very sick management needs to beware of this immediately!!

This location is good with the service. I will visit here again.
