The cuisine of the Golden Bear is a revelation in every bite! Not particularly accustomed to game meat, but here, under the guidance of chef Suray, I discovered new dimensions of taste. Everything was perfect, from the presentation to the final effect of aesthetic taste bliss! The elk literally melts in your mouth. The muksun is exquisite. The dessert was like the cherry on top – cedar nuts, cranberries, and condensed milk with airy rye cakes... mmm. No words! I especially want to mention the deer pate! I lack words to describe this masterpiece!!! The average bill is 2000 rubles per person. Want to enhance the aesthetic effect? Try the homemade Siberian infusions, there are only 7 of them!
