We decided to give them another chance for our Christmas Eve dinner. Their “thin crust” was so thin it developed multiple holes during baking and melted pizza toppings all over our oven. And the cheese pizza is so cheaped-out on cheese, we have to add our own. Absolutely unacceptable! I’m sorry to say that after this final BAD experience, we’re done with them. Papa John’s has become our new go-to. Although it’s not take and bake, we get better quality and more value for a lot lower cost. And for less money WE DONT HAVE TO COOK IT!
What's better than a fabulous take and bake pizza? The fact that if you sign up on the website they give you a free one for your birthday. That's a ginormous happy moment!!I love that I can order a pizza anyway I like it (gluten free for me). There are happy humans working there hooking me up with pizza salad, soda and desserts!If you don't feel like getting in your car and going to pick it up, you can have it delivered right to your house. Ready to be cooked in your own oven.I gave five stars to the atmosphere because I always get to eat this pizza in my home!
Went in today halloween of all days said it would be 10 or 15 minutes for my pizza only took 7 minutes and they apologized for the wait good service fast and frindly definitely going back..
Excellent service and pizza. However, Papa Murphy could improve their online ordering system. Streamline and simplify.
We were outside of our normal area (Rochester) and went to this location due to passing by on our way home. We really enjoy ordering from Papa Murphy's for many reasons due to fresh produce and meats. Also, we usually like to add extra mushrooms, veggies and jalapenos that we may have in hand! This location has absolutely stole our heart with their customer service, the way they take the time to fold the crust as a pie, if you will, and the very thought out placing of meat and veggies. We noticed that our thin crust pizza took half the time that we normally experience with Papa Murphy's due to how they made it thin but also a nice crust. I want to thank TASHA, the manager for developing a team that encompasses quality customer service and also production. Thank you, Tasha and team.
