Adelina's Bistro - Nipomo

I love Adelina bistro restaurant!! I always order pizza, salad and red wine. Last time I was there was 3 years ago. It been way too long. I met new staff members there. There only one staff member still works at the restaurant. Their food, service and decor always be the best!! I will always be a repeat.

We had our 50th wedding anniversary with 15 of our family friends last Friday night in the Wine Library which is just down a path from the main restaurant. The venue is elegant the perfect setting for an intimate dinner, decorated in rich wood beautiful furniture. Dinner consisted of appetizers (Bruschetta Proscuitto wrapped honeydew cantaloupe melon. Drinks from the bar were delicious, we chose local wines from Hearst Ranch, Tolosa Gainey which paired perfectly with our main entrees of Scottish Salmon in lemon sauce Angus Striploin with Red wine Demi glacé, served with mashed potatoes sautéed spinach. Fresh bread butter and a warm from the oven berry tart with Berry sorbet. Both entrees were perfectly cooked, beautifully plated with generous portions the dessert was a huge hit with our guests. Working with Kristi, the events manager, was delightful easy and her attention to detail was spot on. This was a wonderful experience such a perfect, memorable evening we can’t recommend Adelina’s enough if you’re looking for a great place for a banquet or just a fine dining experience.

This Is a fun new place for us to visit. The food was still great last night yet not as mouth watering the first night we were there.

Pizza was delectable, cocktails were prefect, atmosphere was pleasant with a great friendly staff. My wife got the Delmonico steak and it was cooked to perfection with so much flavor. I had the half chicken and it was amazing! Desserts were light, fluffy, creamy and super tasty. Great restaurant
