This is definitely a must come to place!!! We had the brisket plate and the brisket just fell apart, was very juicy, well flavored, and not fat at all! I so much, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!
The ice cream is okay, but it's the same as everywhere else that serves real ice cream. If you want lunch or dinner, good luck. Half the time, they're out of one ingredient or another and can't even make it in the first place. If they're not out of the ingredient, the product is cheaply made. The burger was tiny and not worth the money, the hot dog tasted horrible (not real beef in the slightest), and even after it all, they still expect a tip! At the very least, all they did was scoop ice cream! And if you got lunch, all the did was turn on the microwave. Just go to Dairy Queen. It's cheaper, faster, better quality, and they don't expect a tip.
I love the pulled pig Jim Morris serves here. It's the best I cost, and I live in the Chicago area! Cole slaw has a sweet vinegar flavor that comes from this world, excellent on the pulled pork tacos! Jim mixes his signature smoked meat with the traditions of the long standing Paris Soda Company I simply call it Paris Cafe . Excellent little place you have to try!
I really enjoyed this place. I got the Paris panini and it delicious. The soda was a little sweet for my taste but I loved how fresh it was. I saw some negative reviews about the wait time and yeah it's not the fastest place in the world. But it's worth the wait, great place for a date or if you just want to have a relaxing meal and you're not in a hurry. It's run by just a few people and they're all kind and courteous. The ice cream is good too.
I can't talk with their food options (yes) but I love their limes. They mix the flavors before you, just like an old fashionable soda fountain. Friendly environment with a cute nostalgic atmosphere. The Paris is definitely a Niles Spindle.
