Olive Garden - Niles

The service person was attentive, but not excessively attentive. the food was served in time. hot foods were hot and cold foods were cold. broth sticks were hard when a rock...must have been heated too often. when this was brought to the attention of the serviceman, I was promised fresh bread sticks, they were not much better.

We went to lunch yesterday in a hurry. the food was good overall, but while my mother had eaten her salate, there was a bug in him. She put it on the side of her bowl and stopped eating. I don't often post reviews, but I want readers to know that they don't choose olive garden when they celebrate a birthday. my daughter chose olive garden for her birthday. I said our server should take her order first because it was her birthday. it became clear that if we were not asked whether we had a refill of salat, more broths, as our food was cooked or if we needed something that our server was only for us to hurry so that she could go home. but the section where we sat was a lot of attention. all the tables were pulled out and well swung. Of course we were not asked if we wanted to dessert and there was no offer of a birthday dessert. on our way from both greetings, our server and the manager standing at the theke, bye definitiw did not say the place where they want to celebrate their birthday. I would have given 1 star, but eating was great.

Had a wonderful lunch / dinner! the chickensharmp carbonara was delicious! our waitress was unbelievable and predicted our necessity before we knew we needed it.
