Healthy Habits - Niles

This is an Herbalife Cafe. Lots of chemicals and oversugarly sweetness (using sugar substitute). If they had fresh ingredients and non-Herbalife selections I would rate higher. And if they had stuff that was actually tasty. I have been drinking protein shakes for over 4 years, and this was just gross. They offer tea with all the shakes and it 's like drinking liquid candy with artificial sugar. Worse than diet Mountain Dew. Also you have to write down your order and then they want your phone number, your email, etc. because they want to get you into the pyramid scheme that Herbalife is. (Watch Betting on Zero on Netflix). I want a smoothie, not soliciation. This stuff is not healthy . Sure, not a lot of calories, but you will never change your taste buds to stop craving sugary junk if you habitually drink this. The only weight you 'll lose is from your wallet!!! Herbalife is not any better than literally all the 100 's of options at Walmart and on Amazon. So incredibly disappointing because Niles needs a good smoothie place. Chief this ain 't it.

Amazing atmosphere, happy helpful staff and INCREDIBLE shakes!! So many flavor options I never get bored! Definitely a must try. The remodel is awesome too! It looks brand new!

The staff is super friendly and educated on the products. Very welcoming atmosphere! There?s so many shake flavors that everyone can find something that they?d like!

Super friendly staff (I love that when I walk in they all know me and what I like) , great atmosphere! So many options on healthly shakes. If you havent been here you must give it a try!

Great shakes! I have a soy allergy and the barista was very helpful in accommodating that. She pointed me toward their alternative protein formula which is mostly quinoa and pea powder based. They also have some yummy gluten-free flavor options. I love the tea there too! I recommend getting a big iced tea then going for a stroll on the river walk. Perfect recipe for feeling perky.
