Market Place By Rustan's - Niles

Whenever I am in the Rockwell area and have the opportunity to have lunch or dinner with my brother, we always choose to eat at Marketplace! Despite the many restaurant options available, I particularly appreciate Marketplace for its wide variety of lunch and snack options. They offer delicious sandwiches, soups, salads, and their roast meat selection is always exceptional. Located inside Rustan's supermarket, you can conveniently purchase your drinks and chips and enjoy them in the seating area. There is also a nearby liquor section, although I have not yet tried drinking there. Additionally, the serving sizes are generous, and I highly recommend the mashed potatoes and Mac & Cheese as side dishes. My go-to choices are the roast beef or Reuben sandwich and sausages or roast beef for the meat selection. If you are looking for a quick and tasty lunch alternative to the restaurants at Powerplant, Marketplace is the perfect option!

I absolutely adore Market Place by Rustan's, especially the Delicatessen area. My favorite food happens to be potatoes and cheese, and they have the most incredible spuds I've ever tasted! I usually grab them as a snack for the movies. The best part is that you can customize your own spud with delicious toppings like cheese, bacon, and pesto. Their menu of spuds is fantastic too. I personally love their spud with cheddar cheese, sour cream, chives, and bacon, and their veggie spud with pesto, mozzarella, and Parmesan is also amazing. The price is around P140, which is quite reasonable considering the size of the potato. It's a satisfying snack or meal. They also have a pasta bar (which I also enjoy – you can create your own with options like squid ink and beet pasta), delicious cakes for dessert, and a carving station for meat lovers. My mom and brother really enjoyed their grilled chicken. The seating area has a charming, nature-inspired vibe, and there's a convenient handwashing station as well.
