I am proficient in Japanese and, despite the owner's assurance that the vegetable noodles are fish-free, I asked him to double check. It was revealed that all of their ramen dishes contain soup stock.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, although they may not speak English fluently, they make a great effort to communicate with you. They may not be familiar with vegan options, but they are happy to recommend dishes that are made only with vegetables. Additionally, the complimentary tea is both refreshing and tasty.

I speak Japanese, and the owner discreetly disclosed to me, "The vegetable noodles do not contain fish." I asked him to double-check, and it turns out that all of their ramen dishes have soup stock in them.

Very nice people, don't speak English, but try very hard to understand you. You don't know vegan, but just ask which dishes are just vegtables. Also tea is free and delicious!
