De Nieuwe Winkel - Nijmegen

We waren hier voor een speciale gelegenheid. De afwas is heel speciaal, een feest voor tong en oog. De dienst is heel vriendelijk en wijs van de afwas. We kozen de uitgebreide optie van 9 gangen. Heel goed, maar ook heel erg. Na gang 7, begonnen we behoorlijk vol te raken. Sommige recepten zijn standaard vegetarisch, maar gelukkig kunnen ze geveganiseerd worden.

Wat een heerlijke diner hebben we hier gehad, echt goed eten met bijpassende wijnen. De service is van hoog niveau. Voor ons krijgt dit restaurant een Michelin-ster. Het restaurant heeft een open keuken, het is erg leuk om te zien hoe alles bereid wordt.

De Michelinster is echt verdiend. Gewoonweg fantastisch!

This is the best place to go in the category fine eating. their style is called botanical gastronomy and the dishes usually consist of plants that come from a food and organic ferments near. many fermentation and other techniques are used to make these small works of art. they have a seasonal menu and the choice of 6 or 9 curses. they can choose to pair with drinks that are also very special, natural wee, wild beer and fermented or not juiced. make sure that they want vegan/vegetarian version if they have a reservation as some dishes take many days to make.

I took my boyfriend to De Nieuwe Winkel for his birthday. We choose the 9 course vegan menu with wine and beer included. I didn't know food could taste so good and could be so creative. The food and wines matched perfectly. The staff was very friendly, it was a pleasure to watch them work together in the open kitchen. I can't stop recommending this restaurant to my friends .
