Kfc - Nicholasville

The customer service leaves much to be desired. It took 10 minutes for someone to take our order at the counter. They seem to prepare their chicken in large batches, which often results in it being dry. I’m giving them 3 stars because the chicken pot pie is generally quite good and served hot.

The experience was acceptable, but the service was quite slow when it came to taking our order, likely due to insufficient staff. The layout of the restaurant makes it hard to see if anyone is available at the front when they are at the back. The food itself was decent, but the prices are on the higher side—similar to most places—and the portion sizes have noticeably decreased. Unfortunately, there wasn't a buffet option available, and it seems unlikely that they plan to bring it back. Despite these issues, I might consider visiting again since dining options in this part of Nicholasville are limited.

This KFC is fantastic, maintaining very high standards that prioritize fresh chicken and strictly adhere to the original recipe! They never cut corners, and no matter what time I visit, I always get my favorite chicken just the way I like it! I wish the KFC in Harrodsburg was as good as this one. I've been to the Corbin location, and I can confidently say that the Nicholasville location is equally excellent and delightful!

Tend to go to kfc a few times a month and its always something messed up or forgotten. Today they charge me for the right order but my 4 piece tender meal was legit short a whole entire tender. And asked about popcorn chicken and they only sell largeorders.

Dry, old, almost impossible to eat. Gave most of it to my dog. Only reason I'm not giving just one star is because the mashed potatoes were at least okay.
