I usually grab me food from here before or after grocery shopping at Sam's club food is always excellent and the service is always awesome. Having to drive an hour to and from Sam's club I like to grab me a bite to eat here for lunch to hold me over until dinner time.

I ordered delivery and after 45 minutes I called to check on the order as I’m only 3 miles from the store. The male manager “ash” informed me they only had one driver but all orders were out for delivery. I waited about 45 minutes then called back. He looked up my order and said he assigned it over an hour ago and it should have already been delivered. It was not which his response was maybe he took it to the wrong place. I then said i wanted my money back and he refunded me. Terrible customer service. Terrible staffing and opperations. I have ordered from this location and every time it takes forever and the quality is not good. Won’t make that mistake again. Sad to see how far Jimmy John’s has slid down hill.

Came in on my lunch break. Had the bootlegger, definitely my favorite sub. It's Jimmy John's, very cookie cutter, the location isn't very big, It was clean and the staff there were kind.

Sandwiches are a bit pricey, but the bread is fresh and they taste good
