Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I would give five stars for the ice cream, but if I could, I would give zero stars for the staff! They seemed more focused on playing catch behind the counter than assisting customers. When I asked one of the female employees a simple question, she replied, “I have no idea” and didn’t even bother to look up basic allergen information. I later found that information easily on the website, which was all she needed to do. The staff was extremely unprofessional, but the ice cream is definitely worth a visit!

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was impressed. The ice cream scoops are substantial! I opted for a waffle cone, which was perfectly crispy and delightful. I tried the cold brew brownie ice cream, and it was spot on; it felt like I was enjoying a Frappuccino packed with chewy, chocolatey brownie chunks. It was absolutely delicious. My fiancée chose the banana nut bread ice cream, and it was dripping with caramel. It didn’t just taste like bananas; you could actually taste the banana nut bread. I highly recommend this place—it's fantastic!

I won't be returning. This was our first visit, and it unfortunately fell short of expectations. We ordered at the drive-thru and had to repeat our order multiple times. When we reached the window, the staff member seemed clueless about what we had ordered, forcing us to repeat it again. To make matters worse, the employees weren't wearing gloves while scooping ice cream or handing us our cones. The cake batter ice cream was gummy and chewy, which is not what I consider good ice cream. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be back.

I ordered the item featured on the poster, but instead received a different one. I paid a total of $14.21 for my order, which included ice cream and whipped cream, but there was no brownie in the brownie sundae. I was very disappointed. To make matters worse, the gentleman taking my order had to come back three times to clarify my selection. I've had excellent service here in the past, but this visit was not the same. Just to clarify, there were three items in my order, not just the one that was pictured.
