Old Wild West - NICHELINO

One the WORST restaurants I’ve ever been to. Stay AWAY, and never eat hear, you will be disappointed.

We had good experiences at Old Wild West in Lingotto and the Gru . So why not try the one in Mondo Juve.... NEVER AGAIN... After have to wait 20 minites to get a waiter (after waving 2 times allready and get thr yeahyeah we are coming) finally the waiter made it. When the food was being wetved in 2 rounds (we were with 6) in 10 minutes... We were still missing one plate... When the manager cam to ask if everything was fine, we answered no becauee we are still waiting for a plate... Yeahyeah tgats why im here...While we were still talking, the manager couldn't care anymore and walked out. Of course, Murphy's law, same thing with the deserts... We had to ask twice for 3 deserts and at the end and offcourse we were missing 1 desert... NEVER EVER AGAIN... While typing we got a discount of 10% and free coffee... But we wasted 2 hours... You expect after covid that restaurants are happy to receive gueste... Well... Not here

The food is really bad and not tasty at all. I would put 0 if I can.

This chain restaurant is great. A secure choice and popular option for steak

Rapidi e veloci nell'accoglienza. molta professionalità nel seguire i clienti. Cibo ottimo. servizio del tavolo(tovaglioli posate ecc) essenziale.
