Blue Collar Cafe - Niceville

Literally the best meal we had during our stay down here! Service was great. The atmosphere was amazing. I don't have a picture of our Bagel breakfast sandwiches because we inhale them and sat them at the same time! The coffee was so good, the maple bacon was like candy, and the bagels- except gigantic they were perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside and unlike other homemade bagels we had, they were not too tacky. 5 star food safe. Tisha waited for us and she was on everything, had perfect recommendations, described everything perfectly. She's definitely worth 5 stars. We bought some of the delicious big desserts to go, and I took a picture of it.

For the first time I tried Blue Collar Cafe and I must say I was not disappointed!! I tried the B.O.B. all over the bagel it was amazing! The bagel was roasted, but so soft, not chewing at all! The Omelet was pleasant. The maple bacon was sweet as candy, but so good! Also the fresh fruit was good and a very nice touch. No more places do that! I picked up a maple Pecan Cinnamon Roll later. Everything was fresh and homemade. I really enjoyed it very much! Definitely 5 I would definitely recommend you to give them an attempt! Great place, friendly staff and definitely a good breakfast! No doubt I'm back!!

The first time here. I was not disappointed, the food, the service and the staff were exceptionally good. I had breakfast and the bacon was excellent. You can't go wrong with the Blue Collar Cafe. You have to stop and enjoy the warmth and comfort of this place. I don't eat desserts, but I have 2 cinnamon rolls for my daughter and she said that was the bomb.

I loved this place. Fun menu and staff. Great bakery, huge bagels. View of the water during the meal and the interior was cozy and friendly. Our server was wonderful, like all employees. Very friendly atmosphere.

Owner and staff are amazing! Best coffee around! Try the JAZZ coffee. Love the atmosphere! Have had most of the menu and everything is cooked to order and incredible. My favorite is the BOB, bagels are huge! Highly recommend!
