Blue Collar Cafe - Niceville

Had a great breakfast at Blue Collar! Come hungry for some good breakfast options and homemade bagels!!!

Impressive service from the staff…accommodating, conversational, and overall appearing to enjoy their job. The atmosphere was family friendly and we enjoyed our table on the front porch.

My wife and I stopped during the week for our first visit. Place was busy but we were seated quickly but told we could have a 30-min wait for our food. Far faster than that, perhaps a 15-min wait but it was well worth it. Great food, wait staff were on their game, glasses and coffee constantly refilled. Atmospherics and overall feel of the restaurant is great. Parking can get tight depending on the rush.

I had the muffalatta, it was fantastic, my husband had the Reuben. It was ok. The meat was sliced too thick, maybe thinner, and it would be fantastic. Coleslaw was excellent. Service was weird, no one has a set job it seemed like, just random people walking around. I was not impressed with the baked goods, maybe we got there too late,

Place is great but the wait time to sit was an hour and our food took one hour and 10 minutes to arrive. Possibly due to Mother’s Day, but in the past wait time for food is pretty long. Good food though.
