Racines Bruno Cirino - Nice

The bouquet of vegetables as a centerpiece tells all about the vegan philosophy of this exceptional restaurant. Every dish was beautiful, original, exquisite. I was happy to have reserved it 's a privilege to eat there. A lot of people were clamoring to get in, but full is full. My grandson (8 years old) kept saying this is the best meal of my life. Excellent vegetarian restaurant, we took the tasting menu in eight services. very nice setting of local vegetables with sauces and very high-level cooking. excellent service too.
