There are different rate rooms and we opted for a Sea view and it had a spectacular view over the sea and across the bay. Room was a little on the small side but very comfortable. The breakfast room/restaurant had a large decking area where you could sit and eat. Breakfast was Buffet style for €15 with lots of choices and we thought good value. The evening food in the Restaurant was excellent. The little church attached to the hotel is beautiful with a lovely little courtyard at the rear. All in all a lovely place and would definitely return. The ONLY piece of constructive criticism would be read the 'small print ' concerning the restaurant. Even if you are resident you need to reserve a table. There was a conference on one night of our stay and we were told as we were heading into the restaurant for dinner that there was NO food or drink available to guests! This was a little inconvenient as it was raining and we did not want to go out but had no choice. I think this was a miscommunication on their part and a misunderstanding on ours. We wrongly assumed we could go into the restaurant as we were 'resident ' but had not been informed we would not be able to. The issue was rectified by the manager Sonja. Other than that one little gripe its a great hotel with stunning scenery. Would recommend
We had dinner here twice and enjoyed it immensely both times! The second time, I had the fixed menu and it was equally as impressive and plentiful as their a la carte menu items! The servers are friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back when we're in Nice again!!!
Excellent evening in the restaurant 19/06. Great food. Great Wine. Really good fun with the Sommelier who made the evening very memorable.
This is the most beautiful view from where you are sitting for diner or drinks, beside the view, the food is very appealing and delicious There is a prix fixe menu for 25€ excellent ,then there another one for 42€ great too,a good à la carte menu,we à Nice bottle red organic wine, the chef and the staff couldn’t be any nicer This is a place that I will visit again and again, when in Nice There ie nice parking space too!
I stayed at the Le Saint Paul for a week whilst on business and I found the hotel great. Good points were; Room was new and modern Bed was comfy Shower was great Views were amazing (I was see view on floor 2S) Room was quiet for the most park Pillows were comfy Only 10 minute walk to the harbour area Sunsets were amazing Bad points were; Parking got a little busy late on at the weekends No pool Bit far from old town and the majority of bars/restaurants Over all though, I would stay here again for business. But if travelling with my wife I would stay on the other side of the harbour.
