The room in this season is a little cold and elsewhere the dishes tend to cool off quickly. it would be necessary, as it is done, to put the dish on supports with flat heaters. there is also a typical Indian sound atmosphere that would add heat to the room that is very large. the dishes are tasty, the excellent nans.
