Campanile Restaurant - Nice

The restaurant is friendly, which makes all its charm is the welcome and sympathy of the teams. This week our server was Abraham who was of great kindness and care with us!

After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant to visit the restaurant, but decided to dive in. I had the hot entree buffet and it was quite good! They had fish, beef, and pork for meats and a selection of vegetables. All the food was good and it was served hot, so I suppose they have picked up their game from this past January.

Our family of 8 had buffet dinner here for hot food. It is very much affordable. In the menu, there was chicken, fish, lamb and pork! Very generous too with mashed potato. Moreover, we enjoyed the hospitality of the waiters and even the head waiter who even greet us in our language.

After a long day exploring Monaco, we went back to our hotel. Obviously we were tired and went to the nearest restaurant next to our hotel which is this one. It was a bit late, went in. I ordered chicken nugget and chips for my child, my wife ordered pizza and my friend and I ordered a hot buffet. It took ages for the pizza and the nuggets to come out and when it did, the pizza was pale, it was probably not cooked properly and the my kids nuggets were over cooked and deemed inedible. We cancelled the pizza, and complained about the nuggets. But when the bill came ahe still billed us the nuggets. When I came to speak to her, she said "what do you want me to do, I already cancelled the pizza but your kid has already eaten the chips" tried reasoning with her, she just started speaking french. So I was suckered into paying my bill and stormed out. NEVER AGAIN AM I COMING BACK!
