The manager at this Tim Hortons was very rude. The cashier, food and location is all good but the manager needs to learn how to talk to customers.
Stopped in here on the way home from a trip to the US. They put peanut butter on the bagel for us, which was a huge win.
It was very conveniently located across from our hotel. I got a medium coffee and also a steeped tea for the husband. We both enjoyed them.We also tried their donuts. Which were fresh and tasty.
The cashier Mia, was very rude! I brought up to her atrention that there was a fly on the donuts/muffins display. She answered as if she was annoyed that I brought it up and simply said, I know .... Seriously? That 's a valid answer.... ???I asked if I could please get my muffin before the fly goes on it and does its business... she was definitely annoyed and then she said I did not pay for a muffin meanwhile that is the first item she rang!!! I truly believe Customer Service Training is required at this location.Will never go back nor recommend it
