When I identified this concern and asked about male staff washing hands after using the bathroom I was told they could use the ladies bathroom. This is certainly not the solution. I am disgusted!!!
As we go to this mcload rd location everyday to get our morning coffee, the staw that finally broke the Camel's back is today. The worker at the drive thru window must check her attitude and learn about customer service, we asked for a med coffee and lrg tea received 2 medium. Ask to make it a lg and all hell broke loose with her comments to us and would not fix her mistake all over an extra .20 extra, we were more then willing to pay. This location needs serious attention to customer service control proper orders made and if you read other reviews we are not alone. Tim Hortons loves to take our money but **** poor attitude is not worth it. We do however appreciate the other worker or manager that took over and simply fixed our order for a lousy .20 cent difference and headache..hope you fix this and get in check with your customers Timmy's..we all should be recording and posting our experience at all locations as this I'm sure is an internal issue. I will try n have a better day then my start gives me..??
Loved the return of chocolate walnut crunch donut. Great place to get out of the cold and thaw out with a hot cup of tea.
After my last review and contacting guest services about how im treat in the drive thru because of a speech problem I received a call for the store and After speaking to assistant manager Rhonda this after I decided to give this location another shot to make things right. So I go after work to get my regular order to be disrespect by the night staff once again. So my order goes from original be at $11.81 for two large ice caps with triple cream and a large coffee with two milk and two sweetener. Last week it was $12.94. Tonight i was told by the supervisor angela that it now at $16.00 because their charging for triple cream at .50 cents ,so now in total it $1.50. For triple cream .What next their going charge $1.50 for cream for an extra large triple triple coffee. I strongly feel like I'm being target and discrimination by the staff because of the previous complaints. This location is frauding their customers.I have now refused to give Tim Hortons my business and I been a regular value customer spending large amount of money 4 times a day since the beginning of April to this location.
Went to this location on Saturday Jan 6th In the morning for breakfast. They (as in the workers) get my order correct, But when I asked for a bacon breakfast sandwich on an English muffin, They put the egg and the cheese on the breakfast sandwich, But with no bacon. What is the staff thinking? Today I went to the same location to get a chocolate glazed donut, And they gave me the completely wrong donut. (See photo attached) this is the second time In the span of a week that they get my order wrong. Most of the staff don’t have an idea on what they’re doing (except the choice couple that actually do) And actually get the orders right and take the orders.
