She was rude and asked us to not use dine in until we place order or not wait around.Reporting her behavior as we are not asking for a free coffee and I am also a business owner and we know what Customer Service is and how to treat customers. Strict action should be taken against this behavior or will report to head office as this is happening frequently with others.
DOUBLE check your orders before you leave!!Placed an app order, had my son pick it up! Ordered a large ice cap made with chocolate milk and whipped topping. Got a normal ice cap, no topping. Ordered a large chili…got a regular with no bun!Come in Tim’s, DO BETTER!! LOTS of locations in the immediate area…will not be back to this one!!
If it’s not shells in my egg sandwich, it’s the wrong drink. There is one lady on the window who gets it right everytime but the days she is off my order is not right!
Been here many times over the years, recently the iced coffees I get have been tasting awful as if something is cross-contaminating it. The taste has been consistently off even after multiple visits on different days. This does not occur at other nearby Tim Hortons.I've also had mistaken orders almost every time I've gone through drive through the last 2 weeks.
I ordered 10 items, and there were mistakes with 3 of them. The staff didn't communicate clearly.
