Starbucks - Niagara Falls

I wanted to share my experience at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. First, I asked them to remove the unnecessary tourist tax, but they seemed frustrated when I mentioned the incorrect prices. Then, they forgot to add cream to my second coffee. When I pointed out that the cup was broken, instead of replacing it, they struggled to put the lid on and ended up spilling hot coffee on my arm while handing it to me. To top it off, the coffee was cold instead of hot. I've had much better experiences elsewhere, like at a place just a block west from the Hojo. Is there a way to give a negative score?

We ordered two large iced sugar cookie oat lattes with whipped cream—the key ingredient being the oat milk, for which we paid extra. However, I noticed that he took his time and ended up adding regular milk instead of oat milk. When he informed us it would take a minute to refill the milk, I pointed out that we had ordered oat lattes. He made new drinks for us, but this time without any whipped cream, apparently because he couldn’t read our order correctly. We ended up taking the loss and leaving. Given the location at Clifton Hill, this kind of service is unacceptable.

Worst Starbucks ever. Private location allows them to do what they like.1. Charge for tap water2. Restrooms for immediate clients only3. Overpriced even higher in comparison to other prime locations.4. No one on the line, and i water for 5 min for no reason.5. Advance orders not available.I can keep going. Starbucks corporation need to control better, otherwise will loose clients because of some of those “smart” players.
