Pho Ginger - Niagara Falls

I appreciate having a vegan menu option at this restaurant. I tried the vegan pho and my experience is based on that dish. Unfortunately, my companions who ordered non-vegan pho were not impressed either. The restaurant did not provide bean sprouts, Thai basil, or lime with any of the pho dishes. Additionally, we had to ask multiple times for hoisin and sriracha, and were only given a small portion to share. This was not sufficient, especially considering the lack of flavor in the vegan broth. If I were to revisit Niagara Falls, I would not choose to dine at this restaurant again.

I really liked the Tofu and Avocado Roll. The peanut sauce was delicious! The Vegan Pho had a great flavor, although it was on the milder side. I might ask for it spicy next time! The owner was very friendly and attentive.

I came here after a long day at the amusement park. The noodles were a bit bland, but they were served with a sweet soy sauce and were not fried as expected. The tofu was tasty and I also liked the tofu and mushroom soup. The service was fast and I was happy to see vegan options available.
