Przekaż informację zwrotnąI originally didn't plan on dining at this restaurant, as the first place I tried had a long wait time. I was promptly seated and served quickly at this establishment. Unfortunately, the steak I ordered was tough, which was surprising considering it's a steakhouse. I was unaware that the meal came with two sides, so I ordered broccoli and fries, but received a double order of broccoli instead. After requesting the fries, they were quickly brought to me. The cheese-covered broccoli was so delicious that I finished it all. I couldn't finish all of the steak, so they packed it up for me to enjoy the next day in my room, which had a mini fridge and microwave. The bread served before dinner was unexpectedly delicious and the waitstaff was entertaining, reminiscent of characters from The Sopranos.
I frequent Outback often, especially the location by The Falls. During my recent dinner visit, I was disappointed to find dirty silverware, watery tea, and a burnt steak. This resulted in me leaving the restaurant without having dinner. It was a major disappointment.
Like other Outback's in US, the menu is the same. The food is just as good if not better. The service was great too.
We were very disappointed with the food and the service. On top of all we had to pay more since we are Canadian. What a joke. The restaurant was tired looking and could use an upgrade. No way will we return or refer your restaurant. To think we had to pay for this terrible meal! Irene.c
