Niagara Sub Shoppe - Niagara Falls

The subs at this restaurant are excellent and the service is top-notch. The owners, Hubby and Frau Team, are incredibly friendly and treat you like a friend rather than just a customer. Definitely worth a visit. The BLT sandwich is delicious!

We have heard that Niagara Sub Shoppe is really great steak subs. My husband and I ordered one tonight and exceeded our expectations. The owner (Gentleman) was very pleasant. We will order from there soon!! Try not to be disappointed.

Great parts, great service has become our family favorite! What more can you demand!! Skip the line and order online and have it ready for you when you arrive with optional delivery! Have tried the meatball, steak and chicken subs and all...this is not disappointed! Great customer service!

I've had a few people recommend this place to me so I thought I would try. I came yesterday May 30,2019 to get a sub around lunch time. The staff were very lovely and were talking to what seemed to be some regular attendees to...the sub shoppe so I thought that it was nice to see people come frequently. I placed my order and asked for an assorted sub. The woman on cash began asking what I would like on it. She asked what kind of bun I wanted and I said white. Then she asked sub sauce or mayo. I said sub sauce no mayo. She repeated this back to me. Cool! It was a good experience until I got back to my office and began opening the sub..it was a herb bun instead of white... I'm not that picky so I said whatever to the mix up but then when I opened the sub it had mayo instead of sub sauce. I was a bit dissapointed by this but didn't want to bother leaving my office and going back to complain. I know that if they got it correct, it would have been an amazing sub! So although dissapointed by a mix up, I am willing to go back and try again. I will just make sure to check before I leave.
