Would definitely not recommend this food for a part of your regular diet. Once every few weeks or once a month is okay.

Great place for fast and easy dinners just as well the desserts are good . and some really nice sides .

I frequent here about once a month to stock up on frozen foods. Make sure that you get a membership card to take advantage of the great flyer deals, plus they always have an in store promo if you spend 20$ or more. If you utilize the phone application, they have special promos on top of the flyer (usually something small for free). Highly recommend their spicy breaded chicken breasts as well as their burger selection is pretty good.

We have been shopping at M and M for several years. We have our favourite dishes like the pull apart bread, the too tall cakes, chili,... but the battered haddock cooked in the oven is still our all time best dish and I don't like fish. It's our go to Friday night dinner.

M&Ms is a terrific place to obtain pre-prepared offerings of all kinds of frozen foods varying from appetizers and specialty items to main course selections and desserts.These are all reasonably priced especially when periodically placed on sale. Our favorites include Pot roast;cabbage rolls and wings .
