La Farina Bakery - Niagara Falls

We visited a spacious Italian bakery where we purchased several types of broth. The only downside was that the condensation on the outside of the display case made it difficult to see the contents. When I asked the clerk if the condensation was on the inside or outside, she confirmed it was on the outside but did not offer to wipe it off, so I couldn't see what was inside. As a result, I didn't purchase anything from that particular display. However, we did buy some delicious Nutella lobster pastries from another display, which were very tasty and had a generous amount of Nutella filling.

The employees at this restaurant are treated poorly and the place is very dirty and disgusting. The staff don't seem to care about the cleanliness and hygiene. The back room is filthy and they don't even wear gloves while handling the food, which is unacceptable.

While it is on the pricier side, I really enjoy the hot dishes and delicious donuts at this restaurant. I am giving it a three-star rating because the customer service is extremely poor.

I ordered a red velvet to the birthday of my sohne, and it tasted unanimously terrible. the cake was so moist in the inner it was in a round liquid. it had an orange taste. After I let the bakery know that I was hit with nothing but an rude and casual attitude from the dame at the front, and the baker who says nothing to me is wrong with the cake and tries to gasse me into the assumption that it was just one thing. I would have been willing to overlook a simple mistake if it had been fulfilled with a compulsory accountability. 0/10 would not go anymore.

Lady serving desserts very rude and not helpful answering my questions. Desserts seemed not fresh old tasting. Was excited to try this bakery first time and last time very disappointing.
